Overview

This position focuses on managing trade promotions and deductions within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) space, using tools like Telus MEI and Exceedra. The role involves a mix of data entry, reporting, investigation, and cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade Promotion Management: Maintain and enter approved deal sheets into Exceedra. Open/close promotions and ensure alignment with MEI tool records. Investigate mismatches between promotions and deductions.
  • Deduction Resolution: Collaborate with sales, key account managers, brokers (TLS and ASM), and internal teams to resolve disputes. Identify and clear invalid deductions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly KPI reports and monthly summaries. Use MEI and Exceedra for filtering and reporting. Analyze mismatching rates and deduction trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with accounting, finance, operations, supply chain, and retail teams. Communicate clearly and contextually—no assumptions.
