Qualifications

• Initial experience in the field of import control.
• Confident use of common MS Office applications and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong ability to work in a team and independently.

• Support the Global Trade team as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst.
• Process all US and Canadian import-related activities in day-to-day business.
• Ensure and comply with all legal customs regulations.
• Handle standard export shipment inquiries, trade fair goods and Carnet ATA.
• Process monthly Broker reports in import record retention system.
• Collaborate to ensure no freight delays.
• Support US and Canadian imports with other required functions.

• Collaborate with related departments and external bodies to ensure no freight delays.
• Support US and Canadian imports with other required functions.

• Detailed understanding of import and export processes and their regulations, as well as creation and processing of documents in accordance with customs formalities.
• Initial experience in the field of import control.

• Strong ability to work in a team and a reliable and independent way of working.
