  • Experience managing, creating, and maintaining test assets and documentation.
  • ISTQB, TMMi or related certification (required).
  • Certification in one or more of the following: Scrum, SAFe, Management 3.0, Agile, Lean, PMP (or similar).
  • Basic conversational English.
  • A continuous improvement mindset in the QA area.
  • Proficient in tools such as Jira, Trello, TestLink, or similar platforms for test case management and issue tracking.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, assign, and monitor tasks across the QA team in various projects.
  • Develop test plans and strategies tailored to each project.
