Job Purpose

GSK is looking to hire a Territory Manager to join our Respiratory Care Division. This field‑based role reports directly to the District Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will reside in or near the Calgary area.

As a Territory Manager you will manage a defined territory, build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, and drive business growth through the effective execution of strategic initiatives. You will develop and implement strategic business plans, lead business development initiatives, foster meaningful customer relationships, and collaborate cross‑functionally to support the successful implementation of marketing strategies. Your ability to demonstrate business acumen, communicate effectively, and work autonomously will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support their needs and improve patient outcomes.
  • Communicating product information effectively and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Using data and insights to inform decision‑making and optimize territory performance.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities and achieve business goals.

Basic Qualifications
