Job summary

A telecommunications company in Etobicoke, Ontario is seeking a candidate to inspect and test cable signals for telecommunications equipment. This full-time position requires a secondary school graduation certificate and less than 7 months of experience. The candidate will work on-site and be responsible for maintaining test reports and troubleshooting signals, with additional client-focused interpersonal skills necessary. Team building opportunities and parking are provided.

  • Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and locate faults.
  • Issue work and test permits to electrical and mechanical maintenance personnel.
