Raise is currently hiring a Technology and Data Analyst on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client is a market leading financial institution.

Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.

Description

As a Technology and Data Analyst within People Places & Spaces (PP&S) team, you will be at the intersection of real estate strategy and digital innovation. This role is essential to our "Future of Work" evolution, providing the technical backbone for our workplace operations. Reporting to the Implementation Manager of Workplace Technology & Data, you will support the rollout of high-impact systems that define how team members interact with our physical and digital corporate environments.

The Project

You will join a focused, agile team (1–5 members) currently implementing a new Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and Integrated Health System (IHS). Your primary mission is to ensure operational stability during this transition, with a heavy focus on data migration, validation, and the technical upkeep of our workplace technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Operational & Project Support
  • Provide administrative configuration for workplace technologies, including managing group/role assignments and maintaining digital floor plans.
  • Support the deployment and auditing of Relogix sensors, ensuring high-fidelity data collection across corporate and branch offices.
  • Triage and resolve technical issues and ad hoc requests via Jira and the team inbox.
  • Assist with the full lifecycle of IWMS/IHS implementation, including data mapping, migration, and rigorous validation.
  • Data Insights & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards (primarily in Tableau and Google Sheets) to track key workplace metrics.
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis to support strategic decision-making for leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data-driven culture within the PP&S team.
  • Documentation & Administration
  • Create and maintain technical and process documentation to ensure long-term system sustainability.
  • Provide general administrative support and on-site coverage for the PP&S team as required.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in a data analysis or systems-related role.
  • Strong skills in Tableau (preferred) or other BI tools.
  • Advanced spreadsheet capabilities (Google Sheets).
  • Familiarity with data migration and system configuration (experience with IWMS is a plus).
  • Education and Certifications
  • Enrollment in or completion of a post‑secondary program in Data Analysis, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
Additional Information

A requirement for candidates to be considered for this role will be to complete a criminal and credit check (including Canadian Credit Risk Score).
