How to thrive in this role?
  1. You have a minimum of a college diploma or civil, military training in aircraft maintenance, technical writer or other aerospace discipline
  2. You have 2 to 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, operations, aerospace engineering or equivalent
  3. You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  4. You have knowledge of aircraft systems, airframe and powerplants, discipline of maintenance practices
  5. You can read and interpret Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalogs, maintenance manuals
  6. You are highly organized, able to plan and establish work priorities, capable of handling multiple tasks and can meet tight deadlines
  7. You are team player, customer service focused individual who can work collaboratively within cross functional groups in a global network
  8. You have knowledge of MS Office systems and SAP systems
  9. You can communicate well in both verbal and written in English and French
  10. You are available to work on rotating work shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.)
