Les candidats doivent posséder des licences EASA valides et être capables de travailler sous pression. Nous avons trois (3) postes à pourvoir pour des Techniciens en maintenance aéronautique au sein du département Maintenance de ligne. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein.
Dans le cadre de l’entretien en ligne, le technicien garantit, lors d’un transit avion, le bon déroulement de la partie technique de la touchée avion. En l’absence du Chef de pôle entretien en ligne, il assure son intérim.
Assurer l’entretien de ligne des aéronefs, et ce avec le plus grand respect des impératifs de sécurité, sûreté et ponctualité (un minimum d’une certification EASA serait un plus sur un des types machines suivant A320, A350, 777, 787)
Assurer la coordination technique entre la ‘Division Avion’ de la compagnie, les gestionnaires d’équipements du siège social, l’équipage et l’escale lors du déroulement de la touchée
Assurer la mise à jour des documents techniques
Prends les décisions et résout les problèmes de façon autonome en ce qui a trait aux pannes de base.
Contrôler l’application des référentiels de service et le respect des normes en matière de sécurité du travail et de sûreté
S’assurer de la présence des moyens humains et matériels nécessaires au bon déroulement de l’intervention de maintenance lors de la touchée
Communiquer et avoir de bons contacts avec les divers intervenants sur la touchée (Opérations, Équipages, Responsable de vol, etc.) afin d’optimiser le bon déroulement de la transit avion
Formations qualifiantes impératives (formations sur une base régulière)
Horaires contraignants et imprévus fréquents, nécessitant une grande flexibilité
Travail sous pression avec interruptions multiples
Qualités relationnelles et de leadership essentiel à l’atteinte des objectifs principaux (sécurité, sûreté et ponctualité)
Activité ayant une incidence majeure sur la ponctualité et la sécurité des vols et par conséquent, sur la rentabilité de l’entreprise, toute négligence ou erreur pouvant entraîner des conséquences graves, voire catastrophiques.
En apposant sa signature sur le document ‘Aircraft Technical Logbook’, le technicien ‘Entretien en ligne’ engage sa responsabilité quant aux exigences de navigabilité de l’appareil et contribue ainsi, de manière significative, à l’atteinte des objectifs de sécurité, sûreté et ponctualité de l’escale, et donc du service au client.
Licences EASA valides et/ ou M2 de Transport Canada valides
Avoir suivi avec succès la formation de type EASA Part 147 sur un des types suivants seraient un plus: B777, B787, A350, A320
Expérience sur au moins un des types suivants : B777, B787, A350, A320. Avec une préférence pour les B777 ou A350.
Doit parler couramment l’anglais et le français, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
Souci de l’excellence, orientation vers le service à la clientèle, dynamisme, intégrité, jugement, confiance en soi, tolérance au stress et aptitudes et compétences techniques.

Note: Vous devez travailler directement avec divers départements, équipes, et des parties prenantes du Groupe Air France KLM tant au Canada qu’à l’international. Par conséquent, une maîtrise opérationnelle de l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral est indispensable pour l’exécution des responsabilités associées à ce poste.
