Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Montreal, QC.

Here's what you'd do:

  • Take the lead in writing and developing a final, complete narrative that fully answers the RFP requirements, aiming to obtain the highest number of points / scoring by the customer.
  • The Technical Writer is fully responsible for completing the narrative with support and input from the Bid Team and Subject matter experts.
  • Proactively contact and interview subject-matter experts to obtain detailed information, fill in gaps, and gain a deeper understanding of topics, technical strategy, proposal win themes, and key differentiators.
  • Follow up with subject matter experts to ensure timely inputs are provided.
  • Close review team comments (add missing information, address gaps, improve text as necessary).
  • Attend and participate in necessary touchpoints or meetings.
  • Weave win themes / key differentiators into narratives in a compelling manner.
  • Proposal narrative topics to be written include vehicle subsystems and technical narratives.
  • The Technical Writer may also be requested to write non-technical narratives.

  • Ability to meet tight timelines.
