This role involves developing, organizing, and delivering technical training programs for both clients and employees. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and extensive experience in technical training. The position requires strong instructional skills, a solid technical foundation in electronics, and the ability to travel extensively (30-60% of the time). Competitive salary range from CAD 79,500 to CAD 129,500 is offered.

As a subsidiary of L3Harris Technologies and within the Communications & Spectrum Dominance (CSD) Segment, the WESCAM division develops the most advanced optical sensor and targeting systems for global defense and military sectors, national security, search & rescue and airborne law enforcement agencies. From long-range covert surveillance missions to search and rescue operations, our MX-series systems, and the mission systems solutions they produce stabilized high-magnification electro-optical and infrared images from airborne, marine and ground based platforms, enabling our customers to see first and act first.
Develops, organizes and delivers technical training programs and related materials in support of customers and/or company employees. Works with customer and functional organizations to establish course content and objectives. Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation. Ensure course material reflects current product features. Instruct participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. Follows up determining applicability of course material.
