The Role: Technical Founder

You are the builder. Your mission is velocity.

You’ll own all things product and engineering — from AI architecture to product velocity to tech-enabled growth loops.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Translating validated problems into fast, functional product solutions
  • Building and maintaining a scalable, modular codebase
  • Leveraging LLMs and automation to create a recruiting experience 10x better than legacy tools
  • Owning technical hiring and code quality from Day 1
  • Managing rapid iteration cycles without over-engineering
  • Partnering closely with the Co-founder to prioritize roadmap and user insights
  • Keeping Hero AI-native, fast, and execution-led

  • Deep experience in AI, LLMs, low-code, and modern SaaS stacks
  • Comfortable solo-building and scaling early product with minimal support
  • Pragmatic, scrappy, and speed-obsessed
  • Obsessive about clean UX, performance, and user value
