A leading staffing and recruitment agency in Vancouver seeks a Team Lead, Accounting for Partnerships and Projects. This role involves leading accounting operations, process improvements, and offering financial insights for business partners. Position Overview: As the Team Lead, Accounting for Partnerships and Projects, you will play a key role in coordinating accounting activities and providing financial insights for our business partners within the Dealer Services division. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, you’ll oversee accounting operations for sector-wide projects, lead process improvement initiatives, and provide leadership and mentorship to the team. This role requires a combination of strong technical accounting expertise, business partnership, and operational leadership to drive process excellence and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
