We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to our hiring teams across multiple departments — from Product and Engineering to Customer Success and Operations — helping us attract and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our mission and values. You’ll report to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and play a strategic role in shaping our recruitment processes, employer brand, and talent pipeline.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization from intake to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative channels.
  • Ensure a seamless and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and help promote our culture and values externally.
  • Contribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices across the team.
What you bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition within a SaaS environment is a must.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A passion for candidate experience, diversity, and inclusive hiring practices.
