Bilingual to recruit across Canada and the USA

Our client, a world leader in distribution, is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring positions.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing platforms and channels to identify and attract top candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment cycle for salaried positions in Canada and the United States, in collaboration with the teams.
  • Build and nurture a network of specialized talent to meet recruitment needs for positions requiring specific expertise.
  • Conduct active talent mapping by region and expertise, and initiate contact with relevant profiles.
  • Carry out rigorous pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and submit qualified shortlists.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual French / English, both spoken and written, essential for our activities in Canada and the United States.
  • A strong ability to build connections and develop lasting professional relationships.
  • Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with experience in SuccessFactors (SAP) being a significant asset.
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed professional licenses.
  • A solid team spirit and a willingness to collaborate closely with your colleagues.
  • A keen sense of urgency and the ability to effectively prioritize your tasks.
  • An unwavering commitment to quality; you aim for excellence and precision in every action.
