Reports to: Talent & Rewards Manager
Travel: DC recruitment support (as needed), job fairs, and other recruiting/hiring events (~10‑15%)
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Do it Best, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. This position offers the opportunity to partner with the team on the full‑cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and candidate‑friendly hiring experience. You’ll be instrumental in supporting our growth by efficiently filling open roles across various departments, with a focus on urgent‑level positions.
