As a Talent Acquisition Specialist working in the Talent, Culture & Leadership team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play a pivotal role in future success of the business operations through your recruitment expertise. Recruiting a variety of roles to support our large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will own the candidate and hiring manager experience from start to finish.
