Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $35.00~$37.00 hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:
  1. Prepare and cook meals or specialty dishes.
  2. Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities in the restaurant.
  3. Supervise the work of first cooks, line cooks, and other kitchen staff.
  4. Demonstrate new cooking techniques and the use of equipment to kitchen staff.
  5. Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  6. Develop menus and ensure all food meets established quality standards.
  7. Prepare dishes tailored to customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  8. Manage the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of kitchen staff.
  9. Coordinate the purchase, maintenance, and repair of kitchen equipment.
  10. Order ingredients and requisition necessary kitchen supplies.
  11. Instruct cooks in food preparation, cooking techniques, garnishing, and presentation.
  12. Participate in creating new recipes.
Job Requirements:
  1. Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
  2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
