Program Details

The Supply Chain Trainee Program is designed for graduates passionate about supply chain management, operations, and strategic problem-solving. The program spans 8 months and provides immersive experiences across various Logistics areas with exposure to multiple sites, including one of Labatt's major breweries, warehouse facilities, and the Toronto Headquarters. You will participate in immersive job shadowing and learn how to lead a frontline team during shifts to solve problems proactively. You will work on a strategic business project for the duration of the program and have the opportunity to present to Supply Chain Leadership. Following the program, you will be placed at a Labatt warehouse across Canada as a Group Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Immerse in job shadowing across logistics and operations at various sites, including major breweries, warehouse facilities, and the Toronto Headquarters.
  • Lead a frontline team during shifts to solve problems proactively.
  • Work on a strategic business project throughout the program and present to Supply Chain Leadership.
  • Upon completion, join Labatt as a Group Manager at a warehouse across Canada.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences or a related field
  • Must have graduated from undergraduate degree in the last 2 years; 2024, 2025 or anticipated graduation no later than September 2026
  • Must be mobile and open to relocation to experience different functions and locations across Canada
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • Of legal drinking age (18+ in AB, MN and QC and 19+ everywhere else)
  • Labatt Warehouses are 24 / 7 operations; program participants must have flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime
