Job summary

Une société de sécurité dans la région de Durham recherche un superviseur de sécurité pour gérer une équipe, coordonner des activités et traiter des situations d'urgence. Les candidats doivent avoir un certificat de fin d'études secondaires et une licence de garde de sécurité. Une expérience préalable de 1 à 2 ans est préférable. Le poste offre des heures de travail de 32 à 40 heures par semaine et un environnement dynamique.

Qualifications

  • Licence de garde de sécurité requise.
  • Expérience d'un à deux ans dans un rôle similaire.
  • Doit passer une vérification de dossier criminel.

Responsibilities
  • Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit progress and other reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
  • Train staff / workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
