Job Skills / Requirements

The successful candidate will possess law enforcement and/or security experience. The candidate must possess (or be eligible to obtain) a valid Manitoba Security License and maintain certification. A valid Class 5 driver’s license is an asset. Standard First Aid and CPR Level C are required.

The Supervisor will be responsible for daily operations at the client's site. The role requires exceptional communication skills and superior reporting abilities. The Supervisor must attend regular client meetings and represent Paladin Security professionally and courteously at all times. They will oversee large-scale incidents requiring emergency response, incident command, and emergency management skills. Experience in criminal investigations, law enforcement, or investigative backgrounds may be beneficial. The ability to work well under pressure and escalate issues appropriately is essential. Microsoft Office experience is required. Multiple interviews may be necessary for successful hiring. Successful applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.
