About the Role

Part-time, year round. Salary: $19.53 per hour.

Responsibilities

• A large portion of the shift will be to scoop ice cream, make milkshakes and assist customers with purchases.
• Assist the store management team to maintain and improve procedures and personnel practices used to maintain store inventory.
• Assist the store management team to establish and maintain work schedules to accommodate variances in customer ordering.
• Assist the store management team to maintain communications with staff and customers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in restaurant supervision or progressive retail experience.
• Positive, friendly and social with customers and team members.
• Mature and reliable with strong communication skills and work ethic.
• Flexible schedule able to work evenings, weekends and shifts, including holidays.
• Ability to oversee all segments of the business.
