• 8+ years in MRO/AMO
• Heavy modification & C-check experience
• Strong English reading & writing skills
• Must have your own tools

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Controlled goods certification
• Experience with helicopters, C130, 737 (Classics or NG)
• Composite work
• Lead hand experience
• Lift & first aid training

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and support maintenance plans
• Mentor apprentices
• Install and modify components (e.g., tanks)
• Inspect, repair, and maintain aircraft structures
• Collaborate with leads and managers on repair strategies
