Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Production planner/scheduler in manufacturing operations, preferably within a unionized environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage changing demands with short notice and proactively respond to operational needs.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Create optimum production schedules to meet business needs while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Monitor and implement process improvements to achieve production objectives.
