Strategic Account Manager Own & Scale Mission-Critical Client Partnerships
As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our most valuable enterprise relationships in the EV infrastructure space. This isn't just account management; it’s orchestrating success across product, delivery, and sales teams to expand revenue, mitigate risks, and future-proof partnerships. You'll turn client insights into actionable growth while shaping the future of fleet electrification.
Responsibilities
- Be the trusted advisor for C-suite stakeholders at public agencies, utilities, and commercial fleets
- Directly influence 90%+ customer satisfaction and expansion ARR through proactive relationship-building
- Bridge technical and commercial worlds, ensuring clients maximize our EV charging / energy management solutions
- Feed client needs into product roadmaps through quarterly feedback loops with engineering teams
- Pioneer best practices for scaling high-touch relationships in a hyper-growth industry
- Use your technical experience to steer key planning decisions for some of the biggest fleets in the world
- Work alongside cross-functional teams (Product, CS, Delivery) with shared goals
- See your impact in real-world decarbonization projects
Qualifications
- The Relationship Architect: You've got 5+ years scaling enterprise accounts (EV, SaaS, energy, or consulting) and know how to:
- Navigate complex procurement cycles with public / private sector clients
- Spot expansion triggers (new locations, added services, upsell opportunities)
- Align internal teams to deliver seamless experiences
- The Technical Translator: You have technical experience in EVs, energy markets, or energy infrastructure which you use to:
- Provide advice to clients, earn their trust and deliver the best possible electrification outcomes for their fleet
- Manage stakeholders and know the right stakeholders to engage at the right times from technical subject matter experts, product managers, and when to provide the answers yourself
- The Growth Catalyst: Proactively mitigate risks with 90% forecasting accuracy
- Turn satisfied clients into advocates who reference and expand
