We’ll train, mentor, and support you as you work toward your BC Strata Property Management License. Once you’re licensed and ready to spread your wings, you’ll transition out of the training phase and step into managing your own portfolio independently. Our goal is for you to be licensed within six months.
Once licensed, your portfolio could include properties from Campbell River to Victoria, and you’ll step into a full-fledged Property Manager role, overseeing meetings, budgets, maintenance, and building relationships.
