This Stock Associate Job Is For You, If You Enjoy:

Your Team is counting on you as a Stock Associate to:
  • Open availability;including weeekends and Statutory Holidays
  • Work a full time shift
Purpose

Working as an integral part of the warehouse team, this position is responsible for the receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods from the local warehouse.

Specific Requirements
  • Receive merchandise accurately and efficiently, communicating to the warehouse management any overages, shortages, damages and/or pilfered stock
  • Pick, pack and prepare merchandise for shipment to the stores
  • Label merchandise with appropriate code and pricing (as required)
  • Store merchandise in appropriate locations in an organized manner
  • Prepare and ship merchandise/testers/GWP orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receive damaged goods back from the shops and store in appropriate location
  • Maintain housekeeping standards at all times
  • Ensures safety while performing warehouse activities
  • Ensure security and loss prevention procedures are followed at all times
  • Assist in inventory counts
  • Assist in trash removal and recycling
  • Additional warehouse duties as required
Experience Required

Essential:

  • One to two years minimum warehouse experience
  • Successful candidate must be able to work early mornings (as early as 4am), weekends and holidays
  • Ability to keep organized and manage multiple activities
  • Ability to interact with diverse personalities
  • Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to lift 45 lbs.
  • Must meet expectations of current position and no performance issues on file.
  • Forklift experience an asset *in order to operate these vehicles a valid license is required
  • Driver and forklift wage premium for those who qualify. Must have valid licenses.
