Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Experience, Western and Atlantic Canada Airport Operations, the Station Manager will be responsible for the leadership and development of airport personnel at an Air Canada staffed station. The Station Manager ensures the safe and compliant operation of their station, operational performance management, and is responsible for the overall airport customer experience at the location. This role will be accountable for driving the support, execution and development of local plans to support Air Canada’s transformative strategy. The Station Manager is a visible and present leader in the station and in their airport and local communities.

Qualifications:
  • A relevant university degree (Bachelor's), certification, and/or relevant experience commensurate with the role
  • Airport operations leadership experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willing to relocate to the assigned location to live full-time
  • Has a track record of consistent performance and delivery, with a strong focus on safety, customer experience and business transformation
  • Strong people leadership and people development skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate teams while holding them accountable for results
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Elle sera également responsable de soutenir, de mettre en œuvre et de développer les plans locaux visant à appuyer la stratégie de transformation d’Air Canada. La personne occupant ce poste sera un leader présent et visible au sein de l’escale ainsi que dans la communauté des Aéroports et locale.

Qualifications:
  • Diplôme universitaire (baccalauréat), certification pertinente, ou expérience pertinente et proportionnelle au poste.
  • Expérience en matière de leadership dans le domaine de l’exploitation aéroportuaire
  • Habileté à travailler de façon autonome
  • Disposé à déménager à l’endroit assigné pour y résider à temps plein.
  • Possède un solide bilan de rendement constant axé sur la sécurité, l’expérience client et la transformation commerciale.
  • Démontre de fortes compétences en leadership et en perfectionnement des employés, ainsi qu’une capacité à inspirer et à mobiliser les équipes tout en les responsabilisant quant aux résultats.
  • Capacités solides en communication et en négociation.
  • Expérience en gestion budgétaire et en prise de décisions financières.
  • Connaissance des lignes directrices de l’Environnement de l’entreprise et engagement à leur égard.
