What you’ll do
  • Architect and implement Workday Advanced Compensation solutions: translate compensation models into robust Workday configurations, focusing on merit, bonus, and stock plans, ensuring scalability. Includes configuration of compensation rules, eligibility, and approval workflows.
  • Drive the technical execution of annual compensation cycles: lead the end‑to‑end technical setup, data loading via EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders), validation, and reporting for critical annual compensation events, ensuring data integrity and system performance throughout the process.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions: partner with Compensation, People Ops, and CorpEng partners to gather requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and deliver innovative Workday solutions that optimize business results.
  • Ensure data integrity and system optimization: proactively identify process improvements, perform ongoing audits, and maintain thorough documentation to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Integrate and streamline Workday: ensure seamless integration of Advanced Compensation with Core HCM, Benefits, and Workday Payroll, understanding interdependencies and optimizing data flow between modules.
What you bring

  • Proficiency with Workday integration tools: proven experience using EIBs for data uploads and integrations, and ideally exposure to Workday Extend and/or Workday Orchestrate for custom solution development and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills: ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions in a timely manner.
  • A collaborative and communicative approach: excel at working with cross‑functional teams, communicating technical concepts clearly, and influencing solutions across various business partners.
  • Workday Payroll: a strong plus – understanding and/or direct experience with Workday Payroll processes and configurations.
What we offer
  • Market competitive and pay equity‑focused compensation structure.
  • 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents.
  • Annual lifestyle wallet for personal wellness, learning and development, and more.
  • Lifetime maximum benefit for family forming and fertility benefits.
  • Dedicated mental health support for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Generous time away including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more.
  • Lively office environment with catered meals, fully stocked kitchens, and geo‑specific commuter benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
