About the team + role The People Systems team empowers our global workforce by delivering innovative, secure, and scalable HR technology solutions that enhance efficiency. As a Staff Workday Advanced Comp Engineer, you will design, configure, and maintain complex compensation structures within Workday, ensuring accurate processing of employee pay. This role requires deep expertise in Workday’s advanced compensation module, including experience with various compensation plans, eligibility rules, and integrations. The role is located in the office location(s) listed on this job description which will align with our in‑office working environment. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
