Staff Product Manager - Onboarding and Compliance

Overview

Twilio is growing rapidly and is looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Trust Hub product team in Onboarding and Compliance. Trust Hub is Twilio’s Know Your Customer (KYC) platform and the gateway to accessing all of Twilio’s communication APIs. This role will own various Trust Hub products end to end to create streamlined registration experiences while maintaining best-in-class KYC standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, communicate, and gain buy-in for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, design, develop, and launch products that execute the vision.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with engineering and UX to translate into product requirements and user stories.
  • Define key metrics, analyze data, and inform product decisions to measure success.
  • Manage relationships and expectations with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct regular data-driven business reviews that analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments.

Required:

  • Minimum of 8 years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions and drive outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate at all levels and present to stakeholders
  • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX understanding; ability to dive deep while keeping sight of big-picture goals
  • Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities and drive initiatives forward
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience building APIs and developer-focused products/services
  • Experience in telecommunications or other regulated ecosystems
Location

Remote and based in the United States, but not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Travel

May travel occasionally for project or in-person team meetings.

Compensation

The role’s compensation ranges depend on location and other factors. The following ranges are provided for reference where applicable:

  • Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C.: $152,500 – $190,600
  • Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside the San Francisco Bay Area): $161,500 – $201,800
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California: $179,400 – $224,200
  • Equity eligibility and bonus plans may apply. Benefits include health care, 401(k), paid sick time, paid personal time off, and paid parental leave

The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
