Overview / Présentation du poste

Analyste AQ Senior

Nous recherchons une personne passionnée par l'assurance qualité. En tant qu'analyste AQ Senior, vous analyserez les exigences, définirez la stratégie de test et concevrez des procédures de test manuelles. Vous assurerez la liaison avec les développeurs, les chefs de produit et les analystes commerciaux afin d'identifier et de tester les fonctionnalités clés de nos produits. Vous intégrerez une équipe Agile transverse et défendrez et garantirez la qualité au sein de votre équipe. Vous coordonnerez les meilleures pratiques qualité avec les autres équipes, y compris celles en offshore. Vous piloterez et définirez les transitions pour intégrer les pratiques qualité à notre nouvelle plateforme. Et surtout, vous concevoirz et développerez des cas de test manuels pour toutes les couches de la solution (front-end et back-end).

Sr. QA Analyst

Position Overview: We are looking for an individual who is passionate about quality assurance. As a Senior quality assurance (QA) Analyst you will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design manual test procedures. You will be liaising with the Developers, Product Managers, and BA’s to identify and test key features of our products. You will participate as part of a cross-functional Agile team and will advocate for and ensure quality for their team. You will coordinate best quality practices across other teams including offshore. You will lead and define transitions to embed quality practices within our new platform. And most importantly, you will be designing and developing Manual Test Cases for all layers of the solution (front and back end).

Role & Responsibilities / Rôle et responsabilités

• Develop manual test scripts and test scenarios to verify requirements according to the established standards and best practices.
• Report, assess and escalate issues based on severity.
• Play a critical role in all releases by conducting regression and sanity testing.
• Participate in the scrum process, including stand-ups and related activities.

Qualifications / Qualifications

• Proven experience with both automated and manual testing tools and technologies with 5-8 years of manual testing experience.
• Experience in planning, assessments, script development and maintenance.
• Strong experience in sprint planning, estimations and retrospectives.
• Experience with QA principles, best practices, and developing test strategies, manual test plans and test cases.
• Solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservice architecture.
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL queries for data validation.
• Experience working in Agile environments and CI/CD driven testing culture.
• Experience in manual testing of web-based applications, backend and API.
• Strong validation content from XML, JSON databases and flat files.
• Strong API testing experience using Postman or REST API.
• Technologies include: BDD / SpecFlow / Gherkin; C# / Java; Cucumber; CircleCI; TestNG; Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket); TestRail; payment device integration and transaction workflows (Aurus, Adyen, Tap to Pay); POS systems and contactless payment technologies.
