The Senior Manager, Real Estate Quebec and Atlantic will be responsible for leading a regional team. This role will oversee strategic real estate activities that enable infrastructure growth and foundational wireless and wireline services to Rogers customers, while managing relationships with landlords, partners, legal counsel, brokers, planners, construction managers, and municipal authorities to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams responsible for real estate negotiations, acquisitions, and project execution across multiple regions.
  • Strong expertise in real estate contract negotiation for land, building leases, and colocation facilities, with a solid understanding of legal, municipal, and regulatory considerations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage national relationships with landlords, municipalities, ensuring contract efficiency, service quality, and alignment with infrastructure priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience collaborating cross-functionally with legal, construction, planning, and government entities.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, able to oversee multiple, complex projects concurrently while ensuring cost and quality control.
  • Strategic and solution-oriented mindset, with sound business judgment, advanced communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate contract negotiation and administration, including leadership of teams managing land acquisition, leasing, and colocation agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of municipal permitting, zoning, and regulatory processes, with the ability to lead due diligence and navigate complex approval environments.
  • 5+ years experience managing strategic relationships with large Internet Service Providers (ISPs), including contract negotiation, performance oversight, and alignment on infrastructure deployment and colocation initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent judgment and proven decision-making ability.
  • Computer literate with fluency in software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel and other database applications.
  • Bilingual (French and English) to collaborate with colleagues on a national scale.
