Overview

Summary : The Genesys North America Integrated Marketing team is looking for a rock star marketer to own the Canadian segment of the field marketing strategy. As the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing, the Sr. Field Marketing Manager will need to understand go-to-market (G2M) and sales priorities, apply a “General Manager” mentality, and build a regional field marketing plan to deliver on priorities through a mix of virtual and in-person programs. The role focuses on identifying and generating awareness and demand, primarily for top accounts, to meet growth objectives and drive pipeline acceleration. The position requires strategic marketing leadership, strong cross-team collaboration, excellent communications, and project management skills, with a passion for delivering the right customer and prospect experience. The role reports to the VP, North America Regional Marketing and collaborates with the extended team to execute demand generation programs to drive leads and pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a field marketing plan with input from key internal stakeholders, including hybrid, digital, and in-person programs.
  • Market to and engage enterprise accounts.
  • Facilitate conversations with sales stakeholders and align the field marketing plan to meet sales and marketing goals.
  • Develop and drive innovative integrated marketing strategies (digital and physical) to meet / exceed objectives using events, digital channels, and high-touch experiences.
  • Research and identify third-party programs to drive new logos, thought leadership, and brand awareness; create innovative ways to reach the audience through solution-focused content and programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure Sales / Marketing alignment on all programs.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to drive demand generation and channel relationships.
  • Manage the allocated marketing budget to optimize investment and ROI.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of three years of software / technology field marketing experience.
  • Ability to work as a collaborative team player and independently in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
  • Experience creating and delivering events and digital marketing campaigns that produce results.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to communicate with remote management.
  • Experience owning pipeline targets is a plus.
  • High energy with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and sales cycles for revenue growth.
  • Track record of partnering with a high-energy direct sales force.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Asana, and other MarTech is preferred.
  • Travel required : 20-30%
  • French-Canadian speaking preferred.
