A leading global professional services company is seeking a Scrum Master in Canada. The role involves improving Agile teams, managing dependencies with waterfall projects, and ensuring compliance with governance structures. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of Scrum Master experience, proficiency in JIRA, and a strong foundation in Agile methodologies. This hybrid position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $125,000 based on experience and qualifications.
A specialized professional role that focuses on the improvement of the agile team (e.g., pod) and champions the methodology, provides guidance on its application and associated processes, protects the team from outside distractions, conducts ceremony facilitation, removes impediments and is dedicated to the agile team or pod. The Scrum Master will create an Agile environment for the delivery team to thrive, while mastering waterfall methodologies to interface with the bank's traditional governance structure.
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
