Sr. Analyst, Measurment & Reporting
Who we're looking for:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven professional to join our team at Rogers Sports & Media. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of data pipelines and reporting solutions that deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

You will focus on building scalable data infrastructure, establishing robust media measurement frameworks, and creating automated reporting systems that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Your work will directly influence marketing effectiveness, audience engagement strategies, and overall business performance across our diverse portfolio of Sports and Entertainment brands, including TV, Radio, and Digital assets.

What you'll do:
  • Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain robust ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Reporting Solutions: Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools using BI platforms (DOMO, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Measurement Frameworks: Define and implement methodologies for KPIs, performance metrics, and media measurement across platforms.
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Analyze campaign performance and strategies to assess ROI and optimize future initiatives.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data standards.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline reporting workflows.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
What you bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles; proven experience designing and implementing data pipelines and measurement frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Expertise in BI tools (DOMO, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure) and data lake/warehouse technologies.
  • Experience with ad tech platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360) and programmatic reporting workflows.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling, forecasting, or experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-platform media environment.
