Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and inquisitive Senior Research Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, take initiative, and are passionate about delivering actionable, fact-based insights. Success in this role comes from a relentless focus on helping businesses grow through clear and conclusive market research and strategic consultation.

This is a client-facing position on the client service team, reporting to the Research Manager, while collaborating cross-functionally.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design and execute questionnaires.
  • Perform custom analyses, including Conjoint and MaxDiff.
  • Conduct thorough quantitative and and at times qualitative analyses.
  • Manage project timelines and collaborate with external suppliers.
  • Develop clear, insightful reports and presentations for clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing research, data analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of industry experience, preferably on the supplier side.
  • Experience with MaxDiff or Conjoint analysis, or advanced survey/analytics.
  • Experience in research project management and client service is ideal.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and perform under tight timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new ideas, challenge established norms, and drive results.
  • Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in tools such as Decipher, Foresta, Q, MarketSite, SPSS/R, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI/ChatGPT.
