A community-focused organization in Leamington is seeking a Life Enrichment Aide to develop and provide therapeutic programs for residents. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Recreation Therapy and possess experience in facilitating programs. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Starting pay is $27.11 per hour with part-time availability.

As a member of the Life Enrichment Team the incumbent will be responsible for the development and provision of therapeutic programs to individuals and / or small groups of residents. The program design and provisions will be based on the identified needs of individual residents. The incumbent will be expected to interact closely with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate continuity of individualized programming.
Members of the Life Enrichment department are required to provide programming in all 5 domains of Recreation. Successful candidates will be able to display a high level of understanding in Recreation Therapy theory practice and outcomes.
