What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers with variances
  • Develop and manage relationships with POS developers, third-party processors, and project managers
  • Conduct testing and analysis of POS systems in compliance with payment requirements from major card companies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School diploma and post‑secondary education or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual (French/English) is required
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for clear specification and report delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks under time constraints
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of Tandem and Base‑24
  • Familiarity with credit card operations and regulations, including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX
  • Strong problem‑solving and investigation skills
