You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with standards, alongside leveraging Microsoft Excel for reporting. What youll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Manager Regulatory Reporting youll be responsible for the production and delivery of mutual fund regulatory deliverables which may include but not limited to prospectuses fund facts financial statements management reports of fund performance quarterly portfolio disclosure and annual reminders.

How youll succeed

Collaboration - Collaborate with peers and senior partners in Fund Valuations Product Development Total Investment Solutions Business Management Legal Compliance Taxation Client Services and other teams. Regulatory Reportings deliverables include but not limited to prospectuses fund facts financial statements management reports of fund performance quarterly portfolio disclosure annual reminders.

Relationship building - Develop productive partnerships with new external vendors maintain and improve partnerships with existing vendors.

Legal / regulatory requirements - Manage Global Asset Management (GAM) business risk by ensuring all required regulatory materials meet form requirements and are delivered on time.

Client management - Maintain a focus on the client experience; leverage resources and expertise to improve the user-friendliness of completed projects whether through copy edits or design changes.
