Key Responsibilities:
The People Analytics team sits within the People Transformation group in our Culture and People Office, forming a core part of our Strategic Functions group. Our purpose is to empower business leaders to make smarter, data-informed decisions—augmenting intuition with actionable insights.
In today’s fast-changing environment, we partner closely with business and Talent Advisory teams, making insights accessible and practical. We drive this impact by embracing new technologies, streamlining analytics, and focusing on high-value projects—continually investing in tools, analysis, and collaboration to unlock the full potential of our people data.
You are someone with these required skills, experience and qualifications:
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
