• Proven success delivering digital products in Agile/Scrum environments
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to lead multiple projects under strict timelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a complex enterprise environment
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments or working across business and IT domains
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe PO/PM
• Understanding of Land Management workflows and data structures
• Exposure to financial services, public sector, energy, or other regulated industries
