The Sourcing Manager (Indirect) - Capital Equipment & Maintenance Category will be responsible for ensuring that the correct supply base is selected for each of the assigned commodities, while ensuring that cost reduction targets and supplier performance goals are met. The individual will be tasked with ensuring that the longer- term relationships are solidified through long term agreements or contracts as well as inventory agreements. The sourcing manager will undertake commodity and industry benchmarking projects to ensure that S&C remains at a competitive advantage in the marketplace and will ensure that the global Sourcing team is made aware of potential “best in class”.

Travel requirement:
Ability to travel globally 35% of the time.
Physical Effort:
Normal or frequent minor physical effort is required for the day-to-day activity in the workplace. May involve standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs and lifting/moving/using objects or equipment up to 20lbs
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - WFH twice a week.
