The Role

We are seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about coding and dedicated to continuous learning. You will work alongside our senior developers, contributing to real-world projects and building the skills to become an expert.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to our Platform: Work with senior developers to build and implement new features for our core applications.
• Learn and Grow: Dive into our codebase and learn best practices for performance, scalability, and code quality.
• Write Tests: Learn the importance of testing by writing and maintaining tests to ensure the stability of new and existing code.
• Collaborate: Participate in code reviews and team discussions, actively contributing to a culture of shared learning and mentorship.
