What you’ll be doing
  • Create bilingual (English/French) content for social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Produce reels, short-form videos, graphics, carousel posts, and community-focused content.
  • Develop fundraising updates, charity spotlights, and promotional posts for RSI and its partners.
  • Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and conversion using social and search best practices.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research relevant to charitable fundraising and community engagement.
  • Work directly with charity partners to gather photos, stories, and campaign information.
  • Ensure all social content aligns with RSI’s Policies.
  • Produce performance reports for the marketing team and charity clients.
  • Recommend improvements based on data, SEO performance, and audience insights.
What we are looking for
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
  • 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Proficient with social scheduling, ads managers, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual content creation skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating in a team environment and supporting charity clients professionally and empathetically.
  • Experience producing short-form video content (reels, TikTok, editing).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
  • Experience in nonprofit marketing, fundraising, or community engagement.
  • Background in regulated sectors (e.g., healthcare, finance, gaming, education).
