Job description

Title : Senior Site Superintendent

Base Salary : $145,000-155,000+

Variable / Bonus : $14,000-15,000+

Reporting to : General Superintendent / VP Construction

Direct Reports : 0

Matrix : 30+ (Trades / End User Staff / Subcontractor / employees)

Review and coordinate delivery dates of critical materials.
