Renowned for unwavering integrity and a dedication to delivering superior quality, our client has retained HNiExecutive Search to find a Site Superintendent for a Low Rise Residential Development situated in the greater KINGSTON, ON, region.

As a Site Superintendent, you possess extensive expertise in Low-Rise residential construction. You will confidently oversee all aspects of the site, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of homes. Reporting to the Director of Construction, you'll uphold the highest standards of Health and Safety while maintaining impeccable construction quality.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, with a focus on Low Rise Production Home Construction.
• Proven track record of leading high-volume production home projects as a Site Superintendent within the GTA.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a substantial volume of New Homes from Ground Up.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, coupled with adeptness in computer applications.
• Strong leadership skills and adept problem-solving abilities, fostering respect and trust among subcontractors and team members.
• Preference for candidates with local experience and familiarity with Sub-Trades in the Kingston and Brockville areas.
• Open to contribute hands on site work alongside with site personnel as required
