Tim Hortons is seeking dedicated Shift Supervisors for its location at 10 Vogell Road, Richmond Hill, ON. As a Shift Supervisor, your top priority is guest satisfaction. About the role: Shift Supervisor at Tim Hortons

As a Shift Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for:

  • Training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures for team members.
  • Acting as Cash Manager as needed, including setting up cash registers at opening and verifying cash at closing.
  • Performing walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open, close, and manage rush periods.
  • Working closely with the Restaurant Management team to train, develop, and communicate with team members, maximizing retention.
  • Supervising, coordinating, and delegating operations tasks, ensuring compliance with Company policies.
  • Maintaining proper team coverage through effective scheduling, ensuring that all customer service standards are met.
  • Resolving guest-related issues effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
