• Assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Deploy partners and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience for customers.
• Deliver legendary customer service and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide feedback to store manager on partner performance during shift.
• Organize opening and closing duties as assigned.
