Qualifications

  • Strong surgical proficiency, particularly in high-volume sterilization targeting ~25 surgeries per day.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs (18 kg) and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Perform approximately 25 high-quality spay/neuter surgeries per day as part of a preventative initiative.
  • Provide daily wellness exams, preventative care, and client education.
  • Maintain and update preventative care protocols and medical standards.
