Qualifications

• Strong surgical proficiency, particularly in high-volume sterilization.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform approximately 25 high-quality spay/neuter surgeries per day.
• Provide daily wellness exams and preventative care.
• Maintain and update preventative care protocols and medical standards.
• Provide direction and feedback to RVTs and veterinary technicians.
• Ensure adherence to internal medical protocols and safety policies.
