Job description
Position Scope

The Service Coordinator supports the full lifecycle of after-market service projects, including quoting, scheduling, tracking progress, and managing documentation. As a key point of contact for customers and the service team, the role ensures timely communication, accurate records, and smooth delivery of service activities. The position also provides day-to-day administrative support and contributes to continuous improvement efforts, with occasional travel as needed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate after-market service projects and agreements from initiation to completion. This includes budgeting quotes, scheduling service visits, maintaining progress trackers, and ensuring timely submission of documentation.
  • Serve as a vocal point of contact with customers, seek clarification on their service requests and follow up after visits as needed.
  • Work closely with service team to ensure all service documents are completed, reviewed and delivered in a timely manner and up to company standards.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of after-market projects and documents in records management platforms.
  • Anticipate administrative needs and provide day-to-day support to internal teams, including managing communications, schedules, and document control.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Strong computing skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven project management abilities—organized, goal-oriented, detail-focused, and able to handle shifting priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision while staying collaborative within a close-knit team
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills, with the ability to align tasks to business goals and deadlines
  • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in verbal and written English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an asset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites as needed
